iPhone cannot go on internet send messages after iOS update

After I updated my iPhone my messages wouldn't send and I cant go on the internet unless I'm connected to a WiFi. That is the only way I can use my phone on the internet is if I'm connected to a WiFi. I restarted my network settings and still can't access the web through my 4G LTE. I have never had this problem before it only started after I updated my phone. Can anyone help me with the situation I am having Thanks.

Power on/off. I didn't do anything else. I actually gave up on it and then it started working. Now when I reboot it immediately connects to LTE. Hopefully it works for someone else. I resolved this issue by disabling LTE option in Cellular Data Options. Enable LTE off.

I can send text messages but I'm unable to send photo messages. I think I found a temporary solution. I turned off my wifi and enabled my data and then sent a photo message. It went through. I hope Apple can fix this, it's really annoying.

Just wanted to update those following this post.

I just walked out of my local sprint store here in Downtown Los Angeles. The phone repair services technician has informed me and the long line of other Apple phone customers that the issue is related to the new 9.3 update.

The only fix for now, until Apple resolves it with a patch is to disable LTE in your setting under "Cellular" OR you can wipe your phone and connecting it to iTunes to rollback to the previous phone version, and LTE will work again.
