Boot Camp Sound Problems with Windows 10 after update to 10.11.4

Loaded Windows 10 into Boot Camp, there was an initial problem with no internet connection. Found a driver and this problem was solved. Update El Capitan to the new standard 10.11.4. Now there is NO sound in Boot Camp/ Windows 10. Have tried using the Boot Camp method to obtain the new drivers from Apple, but to date still NO Sound. Can anybody offer some guidance on a remedy to solve this issue. just a thought, is it likely that each up date by Apple will bring a problem?

Brilliant In Windows I uninstalled the Real Tek Driver via the Manger the Control Panel, re-run the Boot Camp Compatibility program from the USB stick. When it freezes at the Real Tek End Task to close the program. Now when you view the sound driver in the Control Panel it shows Cirrus and not Real Tek. Now it plays sound. Thanks for your help and I hope this will solve other peoples similar sound problem. In this case the Real Tek was a red herring.🙂

This issue was occuring because i did an EFI install of windows. So im trying to do a normal install using the setup usb disk called "windows" but i keeps telling my i cant install it because my disk is formated as GTP :/

I have the same issue and after resetting both of these, I still have no sound.

Even before i upgraded to elcapitan, the W10 audio wasnt working. I suppose ill try reinstalling cirruslogic :/

My boot disk for windows (when i hold alt on mac startup) is called EFI boot. idk if that means anything. And I'm not sure what BIOS and UEFI mean. How can i check which one my mac is?

I restarted after the cirrus installer finished and did a SMC and NVRAM reset. Still no luck...

You need not have used the 'clear' command. If you are happy the way it is now, please back up OS X, Windows and create a Windows System Restore.
