3G is not working after upgrade to iOS 9.3

i upgraded ipad 2 model A1396 to new iOS version 9.3, the upgrade was successfull and all apps works fine except

for the 3G Cellular connection which stopped working, it only showing "No Service" beside the WiFi icon, before the upgrade

it shows the strenght of signal and the Provider's name, as of now, my internet connection is only WiFi. Any idea about this? Need

you help from guys, Please!

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings


Then restart your iPad and see if you have 3G.


If that didn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Network Settings


Then restart you iPad one more time.

Thank you so much Mikec1951 it worked perfectly & hopefully it'll stay that way. I tried everything that Apple suggested & even spoke to my service carrier technical support who basically guided me on the phone to do a new connection and it was connected for about 10 minutes then went back to No Service & stayed that way. I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU as I haven't had 3G internet for about two months & having a disability it's a huge lifeline for me. Apple should hire you as a problem solve.

I bet Apple would do more in depth testing with their updates if they had to pay for the weeks/months their customers couldn't use their devices especially with those with contracts.
