iPad2 - After the updated iOS 9.3 Build 13E236

After the updated iOS 9.3 Build 13E236, it still doesn't work for me, it said " iTunes could not back up the iPad "my iPad" because a session could not be started with the iPad. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPad, then try again." I have tried to reconnect and reset my pc for few times, i even try to hard reset my ipad2, it still doesn't work. How can I stop the back up ?

This still doesn't work for me. I get the connect to itunes graphic on the ipad but itunes doesn't pop up the dialog box asking me to restore or update - it just sits there doing nothing (even though before I put the ipad into recover mode, itunes recognised that the ipad was connected but couldn't be activated).

Any ideas?
