Error accessing Notes App on iCloud.com: CloudKit error - access denied

i'm getting the following error accessing the Notes app on iCloud.com. i did try clearing cache, cookies, etc... i get the same error from both Internet Explorer & Chrome (on a Win-7 client)... has anyone else gotten the same? this might be a coincidence but it appears to have started after upgrading my iPhone & iPad to IOS 9.3 and implementation of 2 factor authentification. iPhone & iPad notes appear to work fine...

I have the same problem - please let me know if you solve it.

Right now, iCloud is completely crippled for me - the Settings/iCloud crashes on all my devices, iCloud.com crashes all over the place (Notes, iCloud Drive, Numbers, ...), Notes and Safari Bookmarks are not synchronized (Reminders are sync'd, for some strange reason), it's a total pandemonium since I upgraded to iOS 9.3 on my iPhone 6.

Time for me to give up and speak with my wallet. Returning my iPad Pro 9.7" and the 6s+ I got a week ago. It's been a week with no resolution in sight - I've spent multiple hours on the phone with Apple, sent them videos of the behavior I'm experiencing, and now they've just gone quiet. My iPhone and iPad are paperweights if I am unable to restore anything from my iCloud backup, not even my contacts.

hey all, it's Wed, April 6th and it appears that apple fixed the problem (@ least my problem of getting into notes via icloud.com was fixed)... thx to apple and hope that all of y'all's other problems were fixed too... 🙂

1 month in and after over 20 phone calls and more than 1GB of logs, issue still not resolved. They keep asking for logs from my computer/iPhone when even iCloud web doesn't work. Makes absolutely no sense. Way to go, Apple. Way to go.

Already waiting for two months, but no resolution in sight.

Pretty disappointing experience.

I've been having this issue for months (started with iCloud Drive) then around 5 weeks I was completely locked out and wasn't able to log on to iCloud with my iPhone. I opened a case with Apple (100048133137) and after almost 5 weeks still nothing.

I'am still waiting for them to resolve the problem - the girl from the support told me that my ticket has top priory, which i doubt, because i'am already waiting for four months for them to resolve the problem.

I had the same problem with Photos, Notes and iCloud Drive on Windows 7 and Chrome. Tried Firefox. Worked like a charm.
