Just purchased a mac book pro. I have a verizone MIFI stick . he problem I have it will connect to the internet . What should I do ?

Did you type the NUMERIC address? That other one is unlikely to work.
yes I tried both ways .still will not connect . I wonder if I need to use the thunder bolt connection . But I do not have that adapter?
That is a USB device. You do not need ThunderBolt anything.
You should take it (and your Mac, of course) to the verizon store and get them to figure out why it is not working for you.
just to let everybody know.. The VERIZON USB TRAVEL STICK WILL NOT WORK IN THE APPLE PRODUCT OS CAPITON . Verizon has not written the program for that OS as of yet . BUMMER!!!

At least you have some closure on this issue ... but one has to wonder what Verizon plans to tell its customers about upgrading 10.11 from any previous OS?
My curiosity: why did you decide to ditch the computer and not the internet service (and device) provider?
The service around here is not that great with another provider .So I am stuck with it ,plus I travel quite a it .I would the hot spot on my phone but that gets very expensive. So at this point I will wait a little bit.
