I accepted the latest update. Now I cannot view right hand side of main Itunes store, where top songs, etc would be. Like the screen wont fit. Only on ITUNES STORE MAIN PAGE! HELP! I have tried everything. Googled it. Searched through itunes, etc. It MUST be a bug, because it started right after I accepted the 12.3.3 update on My PC Laptop running 32 Windows 7.

I depend upon the portion of main screen that is unviewable. Its weird. PLEASE HELP ME! Besides the main Itunes Store page, everything else works fine as before. My library music screens work, etc

I am having the same problem in Windows 10 since the last update. Not only with the viewing problems, but I cannot link to correct albums / songs in the store. I click on 'country hits' tab and it takes me to Meghan Trainor album. Same with any other links - I end up somewhere else and not the link I clicked on.

This is screwy. I already reset my store cache in hopes that would help....but it did nothing.

I finally found a fix to my screen size/linking ability issues. Apple was no help in the fix though.

I use Windows 10. I went to settings - system - display - and then reset slider on the "Change the size of texts, apps and other items" to a different setting, applied, restarted and then brought up iTunes again. Everything went back to normal.

I advised Apple tech support via a phone call since there are so many similar problems posted on the Web and recommended they post this as a possible solution.

They didn't seem interested, other than to say "So, Apple support resolved your issue?" so they could close out the support request.

No, they didn't solve the issue - but there is a solution -- if only they would post it.

I had same problem for several weeks I finally called apple support team they help me out and fix my problem .

The problem was't iTunes its windows this has nothing to do with upgrading ether .

here is how they did it (windows 10 64-bit )

Setting > Display > then look for where it say "change the size of text, app, and other items"

then change it to 125% then sign out and sign back . this it should work don't do anything else.

I too have had this issue since a few upgrades ago. Nothing worked, it seemed the resolution was off center. So I played around and like others I have my font scaling set to 125% otherwise print and icons are way too small. Set it back to 100% and iTunes worked and looks like normal. So that is the only way as I see it. Everytime I need to use iTunes I have to change the laptop res which means to log off/on. It's a pain in the butt but it does work. Hopefully a future version will fix it. Windows7/64

Same issue for me (Windows 10) and the suggested fix (although appreciated) is not workable for me either for the same reasons. However, the reason why this issue came up is only because Spotify have offered a 3 month free trial but I was reluctant to change from I tunes especially as they are offering a free 3 months package as well. But as of the latest upgrade I can't see I tunes Store on my screen properly and my reading of earlier posts on this subject suggests that I tunes does not care so guess who I'm doing business with now! It must be great to be in a business where the retention of loyal customers doesn't really matter. I'm obviously in the wrong business !

C'mon Apple, get it together. No, it is not a "Windows" problem. Of course Apple Support is going to tell you that as some posters have replied. If you have to change your display settings to accommodate a specific application, it is the application's bug, not the OS. And if previous versions of iTunes Store worked before, and this one doesn't, then yes, it is related to the "upgrades". People with vision issues who use 125% shouldn't have to downsize DPI to accommodate the only app component on the entire computer that doesn't work. Hopefully Apple will re-learn how to write software at some point. Apple programmers either missed it or just plain chose not to include support in the store for 125% DPI.
