I just updated my iPad Air 2 and everything went fine. I am updating my iPhone 5s now. This is to fix the Safari link bug.

My old iPad2 appears to be working fine on 9.3.1. I have not wrung out Safari much, to see if the Safari crashes have been fixed yet.
Gee Bob, I really hope you didn't need to go to the Genius Bar to get something resolved (as you have no Mac/PC if the unthinkable happens)...

My iPad is working again with the installation of 9.3.1. I'm holding off on updating my iPhone 5s v. 9.2.1 until 9.3.1 has proven it's reliability.

Took the plunge. The water is nice and toasty indeed. Hope I don't have to deal with liquid damaged devices tomorrow!!! 🙂
How did you get update? Were you notified in settings?
