After updating to iOS 9.3.1 my iPhone 6 has No Service.

After updating my phone to iOS 9.3.1 my iPhone 6 has no service. Had no issues with 9.3. I have Verizon yesterday I went and got a new SIM card, reset network setting, and reset all settings. Occasionally I can put my phone in airplane mode and when it comes out I will get service for a short period of time. Have no issues when I'm on Wi-Fi at home. Please help! IOS 9.3.1 has turned my phone into a brick.

UPDATE

I just want to say thank you to everyone for your help and advice! On Wednesday morning I called Apple back about my outstanding ticket after completing the factory restore and let them know it did not fix the issue. I still had NO Signal. They suggested that we have a conference call with Verizon. Verizon had no answers for me because I had already completed all of the troubleshooting steps. Both sides said they were unaware of any others having reported issues. I told them that I had posted on here and that others have been having the same issues. Verizon set me out a replacement phone free of charge. I paid extra to have it overnighted. I've had it since yesterday and have had no issues. Thanks again!

I have had the same problem not connecting, tried all the steps, restored phone to factory, new sim, and talked to both AT&T and Apple for hours. Turns out, there is not a fix. Luckily, AT&T is shipping me a new phone for FREE! Save yourself all of the headache and try to get a free phone or purchase a new one because the update crashes your phone!!!

Just out of curiosity, does anyone with this issue have Verizon or any CDMA carrier? I have Verizon, and today I noticed that I can now get on the cellular internet (NOT wifi) while I'm on a phone call. CDMA carriers don't have this ability. Therefore, I believe that the CDMA chips on the logic board are failing, and the GSM chips are picking up the slack, so to speak. I also believe that the reverse is true. If you have a GSM carrier, like AT&T, I believe your GSM chips are failing and the CDMA chips are failing.

I would definitely appreciate it if someone with a CDMA carrier would let me know if they can now access the internet while on a phone call, and I would be just as curious to know if people with GSM carriers are now UNABLE to access the internet while on a call.

I'm going to AT&T tomorrow to get a prepaid plan and try that SIM in my iPhone. I'll let you know if switching to GSM solves the problem!
