Q: after the last update iTunes is are not able to recognize my phone?

Hello,

 

After the last update of iTunes, i am not able to sync my iPhone 6s with it. It's not recognized by the iTunes.

 

Please note that i am using Windows 10 and it used to work perfectly before the last update of iTunes.

 

I followed the steps mentioned on the Apple support page of how to sync your mobile with iTunes on windows 10 (deleting the lockdown folder), but unfortunately it didn't work.

 

Please help me to fix it.
