Kjerstin S****** keeps trying to log into my iCloud account, I don't know her.

I Keep getting emails from Apple stating that Kjerstin S****** has signed into my apple/iCloud account successfully.

I have a very secure password (changed it) and two step authenticaction.

How is this possible?

It's spam ...

Please forward the email to Apple using this email address: reportphishing@apple.com

Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email

Then delete that email.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do. It is trivially easy for someone to send an email and forge the "From" address. This is called spoofing an email address. Spammers do this all the time. In this case they are using what appears to be a legitimate Apple email address to forge this fake email from Apple.

If you are finding them annoying you might be able to create a filter in your email program that redirects the email directly to the trash so you don't see them your inbox.

Don't use the email address noreply@insideicloud.icloud.com for the filter though as that might be a legitimate Apple email address. Use some other text from the email for the filter.

I figured out what is happening.

She has used g********* @gmail.com as her appleID - and gmail doesnt recognise the dot. Mine has a dot. I own the name, both of them, so she is trying to use my account to set up her iphone.

I have logged into the account without the dot and changed the password so she cannot access it. I also removed her secondary email account.

Which is brilliant.
