Kjerstin S****** keeps trying to log into my iCloud account, I don't know her.

I Keep getting emails from Apple stating that Kjerstin S****** has signed into my apple/iCloud account successfully.

I have a very secure password (changed it) and two step authenticaction.

How is this possible?

Understood. I find that a drawback of Gmail accounts. Whenever I get junk mail on my Gmail account it is always to the address with the dot in it while I never use that address style for my own email. It is very annoying.

I find it strange that this person would try and register an Apple ID for an email address she most certainly does not have control of.

I received numerous emails over the past two months from Apple ID requesting a "verification" of my email address to the newly created Apple ID, which included a link to click and verify.

I ignored the email since I did not put in the request, and my name is not the user who requested the Apple ID.

I then received a "welcome to Apple" email, which means my email was verified by this person.

I went to Apple and clicked "forgot my password" and entered in my email, then I followed the procedure to change the password, which I did.

I now have access to some woman named Kjerstin Schroeder's Apple ID account, I can see her phone number, address and I can make purchases on Apple with her credit card.

I have contacted support on numerous occasions with no results. I have 2 step verification turned on, and my password gets randomly changed every months. I am now using my "back up" Gmail account.

There is no way this woman had access to my actual email inbox, but she was able to verify MY email address for her Apple ID.

I called Apple and let them know, but the account is still open. I have no idea what steps I need to take now and what the **** happened with my Gmail account in this situation. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I have changed the email address on the account to a totally different one so she cannot attempt another login. But it doesn't stop her from setting up another one.

I have emailed her directly and explained that any further attempts of using my email address would result in police action. She's been copying me in on numerous emails to her boyfriend.

She replied, from a gmail account using her actual name, stating that my email address is hers and apologised. She also states that she can't use her phone and apple support won't help her. Good!

I replied with that it is not her smail address, use one of her own and if she continues to use either of the addresses, she will be contacted by the police.
