My Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. I don't have any details to recover my account as the account was created by a 6 year old kid. How do I unlock my account to use the same ?

And you submitted it (I assume that you mean filled in the form) ? If it's been more than 48 hours since you did so, and if you haven't had a reply, contact Support again
