iPad Pro 9.7 Random Restart

Normally wouldn't think much of this but, I have a 2 day old iPad Pro 9.7 128GB that has restart on me twice so far. In the middle of using it, it will cut to the Apple logo on the black background for a minute before returning to the passcode screen. Oddly enough, it will accept Touch ID in place of a passcode, something it doesn't usually do when it loses power. Any idea on the cause or how to figure it out? I chatted with the tech support but they only help they could provide was to do a restore. I just performed it, but my concern is that I installed an app or enabled something causing the iPad to crash and it'll simply continue to do that due to the bad app.

My random restarts stopped with 10.2 but this ipad has multiple problems. The only things the techs can tell you to do is to factory reset. The problems keep changing. One time it was freezing and now pages in Safari turn white. Apple won't admit that these ipads are defective. They will do nothing except factory resets. How many times do you need to reset the iPad to get it to work for awhile until Apple admits there is a problem..They won't admit any of their products are defective.

MY springboard crash issues were solved in 9.3.5, went to iOS 10, and now on 10.1.1 - zero crashes since 9.3.5, - however - animations in the gui got laggier and choppier, especially if certain apps are in the background, and iswitching between the apps (after doubletap on home button). One obvious offender is safari itself, but not the only one. oh, and i still have lots of jetsam-events in the log, bug-type 298, but never actually reboots to the spengboard like it did on 9.3.4.

Same problem since 10.0 up to 10.2.2.

Device was completly restored with Apple Care, but no solution.

Log shows kernel panics Triggered by a warchdog to detect sleep/wake hangs.

Smart keyboard fail to work when I want to use. Lot dialogs that tell me the hardware is not supported. If reconnected it will usuly work.

As if the buggy keyboard connection causes the restarts after a while.

Speaking of buggy connections.

Sleep/Wake issues has my Aplle TV 4th gen too. And the siri remote doesnt respond as well till the springboard reloads. Still I need to reboot the Apple TV quite often.

We have Sony Android driven TVs that run way more stabel. Apple should quit hireing tons on inpexirienced kids and hire ppl who have expirience.
