Add to Safari reading list feature is not working
The add to Safari reading list feature is not working on non-Safari apps (including Apple news app). Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. In Newsify, when I use the "Add to Reading List" function, it says that it was added successfully; however, when I switch over to Safari, or try it on Safari on my Mac, it is not there. I'm using an iPad Pro with the most up-to-date version of iOS.
Me too. I've had this problem all year. Can't add to reading list from Flipboard or Apple News. I have recently installed iOS 10 and it's still broken.
I found the solution.
In my case, I couldn't 'Add to Reading List' from Flipboard or Apple News on iOS9 or 10. It was because 'Do Not Track' was turned on in Safari's settings.
You can turn 'Do Not Track' back on after step two and still be able to add articles. There is no need to sign out of iCloud, erase iPhone settings or restart the iPhone.
Only works for a few days/weeks
iPhone 6 - reading list from Twitter links was working great.
new iPad Pro purchased this week - did not work
Tried "braceyourself's" suggestions...
NOT ONLY didn't work but now it doesn't work on my phone! **This is so frustrating!
Offline safari reading list still not working reliably even in iOS 10.0.2
i'm astonished that this bug is still around. Any fix only seems to work for 2-3 weeks max.
I have been having this problem for a long time too. The only thing I have to add, is that restarting the phone always brings the problem back, then after some amount of time (or number of attempted adds to reading list), the feature will work. Until the next phone restart. That seems to be the pattern I observe.
