Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
It was happening like twice a day , then I reinstalled the OS X but still it is happening but not so often (once in 2 day).Why is it happening and how can I solve this problem ?

With the screen issues have you tried an SMC reset as it suggests fixing issues with freezing:
