I've got an iPhone 6+ covered by AppleCare+ with battery health at 82% is the battery covered for replacement?

😕 Battery life has taken a steep decline lately and even showing incorrect %. When I was at 9% I plugged it in and 3 minutes later it said 22%.

Apple is not going to care what any 3rd part battery health app says. If you take it in to Apple, they will evaluate the battery with their own diagnostic tools. If it falls outside of warrantied specs then, it would be replaced, if not, it won't be. Nobody here speaks for Apple so you will need to take your device to them for evaluation.
