'Save Current Frame' not working?

This used to work fine. Now I do an export / save. And afterwards there is nothing in the folder I'm saving to.

I trashed my preferences. Rebooted. It's still not working (x'cuse the pun).

MacBook Pro (15-inch Glossy), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

There is Notifications Preferences in System Prefs.

In FCP Prefs > Destinations, try right clicking in the Destinations pane and then the Restore option.
