SSD Partition 222GB Memory Lost

Here is a previous discussion on the matter: Hard Drive Partition Space Lost

My issue is a little different, after attempting to fix some issues on my bootcamp drive through parallels, it separated the EFI from the bootcamp drive and I accidentally ejected it. Since then the drivers did not work properly for bootcamp, I decided to delete and attempt to repartition the disk but to no avail. Now I'm stuck with 777 GB of max memory and 222 GB of "free space."

Is there anything I can do in terminal to fix this problem? So far as I have been informed it's not good to reformat your SSD and it most likely won't fix the issue.

I am running Parallels 11 on OS X El Capitan V 10.11.4.

Comp Specs: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB of Onboard 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM

Please let me know if any further information is needed.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), z0rg

Hello Loner T, thank you for your reply.
It was so simple, I don't know how I didn't notice the "Reboot Required"

I restarted and was able to fix the partition, it didn't look fixed until I rebooted again.
