iTunes Store not displaying correctly - oversized images - Vers 12.4

I've been having problems accessing the iTunes store. The problem started in 12.3.3 and continues in the new update for 12.4. (My OS is Win 8.1 64 bit)

Problem - all images/writing are 2-3 times larger than normal, there is no sidebar to scroll with, the sliders in each section don't work and there is no scroll bar. I can't scroll through to see the rest of the page and/or see the column that is usually to the right hand side either.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application several times and I continue to get the same problem.

How do I fix this problem?

I've posted regarding this issue previously and didn't really get a reply to my questions.

Just curious. Aren't you happy with the 125%? Or, do you prefer your PC set at 150%? I don't know how anyone can see anything at 100%, but I guess I'm getting old (ha ha)! I am just glad iTunes corrected the issue so I can have my PC set at 125%. Everything appears is back to normal in iTunes (for now anyway), and my "Music Quick Links" is here to stay!.....YEA!

Yes, I was happy that iTunes Store worked at 125%. While using other apps, though (can't recall which), the screen cut off in a manner similar to what we saw with the iTunes Store. So I dropped down to 100% and used the controls for making individual types of text bigger. Ugh. Like you, I'm finding it barely readable at 100%. So I'm going back to 125%. Glad to hear it's working so well for you.

Thanks for Putting this Up. Also, just emailed support. I wish I had seen your post first instead of wasting 3hrs on searching for a solution. I too have a smaller screen so medium works best for me but having to switch back and for just to see the Itunes store in the correct format is frustrating that Apple wouldn't have seen the problem and worked out a solution and Put it in the "Advanced Preferences" to alleviate those who have smaller screens to adjust it.

Well there's the suggestion. I think most would be happy with a solution like that instead of the other.

Wow Apple, you just suck. You should be able to fix this. Why does everything else in Itunes work with custom scaling but the store. Unacceptable. And you don't evey reply to this post. No wonder your sales are slipping.

Thank you community users for posting this 'work around". Pretty weak on Apple's part that the users have to find the workaround.
