After upgrading to IOS 9.3.2 my display freezes

After upgrading my 6+ to IOS 9.3.2 my display freezes and is not responsive. Applications running continue to run, but I can't interact with them. If I come back to the phone later the problem is gone, but I don't know how long it took. Then the issue comes back. Even after doing a factory reset, with no apps running, my display will freeze.

When you say factory reset, did your restore as new or from backup?

If you restore as new and the issue still persist, I would schedule an appointment with the genius bar and take your phone to Apple and have it looked at.

Turning off the fingerprint reader didn't work at all if any one has warrenty still I'd recommend trying to get it replaced... They are gonna replace mine because of this issue. Also I don't know if we can really expect it to be fixed in the next udate unless they come out with another build that does, at least the 2 beta builds I had before I reverted back for warrenty purpose, didn't help a thing...

My wife and I both have this problem with our iPhone 5's... Additionally we are seeing our battery charge levels fall to 7% to 30% within 4 hours of taking the phone off the charger. In addition to locking the phone dials on its own (not your traditional "but dial" -- just dials for no logical reason). The other thing that is happening is it starts playing music on its own! This again is not something I did, but a bug as it plays artists and songs that I would never pick in a million years!

Most of this started with iOS 9.3.2

Could this be deliberate bugs to force us to upgrade to iPhone 7?????????

Actually strike that, it seemed turning off fingerprint had solved the problem but then after a short while the problem returned. It seems to be getting worse too. At first the freeze would last maybe ten or fifteen seconds, now it's much longer than that and it's making the phone almost impossible to use. Each time I put it down for a short period and then pick it up to use it, the screen freezes and becomes completely unresponsive.

I posted this on another forum and got a suggestion that I go to http://beta.apple.com/profile register, and download the beta of 9.3.3 which the person who suggested this thinks solves the problems I'm having. I've only had it installed for a day so its a bit early to tell, but the purpose of 9.3.3 is to fix unspecified bugs in 9.3.2. That is all Apple will say about it.

It works. I upgraded to that version on the 21st of June. The issue persisted for a 2-3 days. Since last 3 days, the phone is absolutely fine now. Would suggest everyone facing this issue to take a iCloud backup, format their phone, upgrade to the new version and setup their phone as a new phone. Download the contacts from iCloud, Whatsapp from the backup and download all apps again. Should solve the problem.

I am having the same problem, it all happened after 9.3.2 update. it started slowly and its completely frozen. I want to try the beta version of 9.3.3, will i lose my data on upgrade or is it similar to the normal version of upgrade when you don't lose the data.

Apple please release the 9.3.3 version soon and hope you guys have taken into account in resolving this bug too.

Was a great fan of apple, it appears who are losing the quality that you once had. Started with iPhone 3 to iPhone 4s to iPhone plus. Currently back to my old iPhone 4s (without the upgrade) since iPhone 6 plus is completely useless. Hope it will not the end of the line with apple. Having second thoughts of trying Samsung, which I still don't want to do it. Will wait till 9.3.3 and decide.

Same problem, the issue of unresponsive screen started after upgrading to ios 9.3 and has continued through all of its update ios 9.3.2 tried factory reset and then restore the problem persisted, then again tried factory reset as new and still the problem persists. As a matter of fact if i leave the screen unlock and open random clicks automatically happens opening up setting sometimes messages and henceforth.

i an unable to take my phone to a Apple store there are no apple stores here in my country!!!!
