After upgrading to IOS 9.3.2 my display freezes

Hi fellows,

I have the same problem described here. I have an iPhone 6.

One thing that can relief a little bit is doing a backup on iTunes. For same magic reason, this makes the bug go away for a while but it comes again.

Is there anything to do? I read that putting it into DFU doesn´t resolve the issue.

I did. Got new problem.. 😟

When I start to download the profile required on my iPhone, it gives me an error "Safari could not install profile due to an unknown error".

This is the first time that I´m moving for an Beta iOS... so, there is no previous profile.

Any ideas?

It seems that the error has gone.. so it was the 9.3.3 beta 5... now only for 10 beta 1...😕

I had the same problem. I did a soft reset and then a hard reset several times but nothing would work. I noticed my phone was slightly bent so i tried bending it back. That seemed to have resolved the problem. It still freezes once in a while but when it does happen i just twist my phone slightly and it starts to work. Hope that helps

Scott, I installed the beta of 9.3.3 a little over a week ago and it seems to have fixed the problem. There have actually been a couple updates from Apple on the 9.3.3 build and it gets better. Go to beta.apple.com and follow the instructions if you want to try this. This seems to have solved the freeze problem as well as my iPhone dialing or playing random music on its own...

I have had this problem intermittently, usually after I reboot the phone. I use the touch ID and have to put my password in after the reboot. Then the non responsive screen issue pops its ugly head up. Nothing would respond on my screen, and you can't turn off the phone if you can't slide the bar. I did soft reboots over and over.

I found that if I turn off Touch ID and go through the all the steps to enable it and recalibrate the touch ID, the problem goes away.

I see that 9.3.3 is officially out. Has anyone who was having the touchscreen issue with 9.3.2 successfully upgraded to the new 9.3.3 release (non-beta) without any problems?

No problems so far after upgrading from 9.3.1 to 9.3.3 on iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2. Although it maybe to early to tell since its been less than 2 days.

I´ve got an iPhone 6 and all things went ok from 9.3.2 to 9.3.3. However, the freezing problem is still there. It ran smoothly for a couple of days but yesterday it came back.

Preparing to be brave and go for iOS 10...

Anyone in the same situation?

I can confirm that on my iPhone 5s, upgrading from 9.3.1 directly to 9.3.3 (just publicly released) has resolved my phone's touchscreen malfunctions.

I Don't know if it will fix it but I would definitely recomend it! I love it so far...

Yep, the upgrade to 9.3.3 seems to have resolved the issue, at least for now. The phone has been operating normally since I installed it.

After a week of upgrading to 9.3.3, the display starts to freeze again and get worst every day. The weird thing is when I did a backup on my Mac, using iTunes... It is back to normal. I did the same thing on 9.3.2. It solved the problem for just a while...
