After upgrading to IOS 9.3.2 my display freezes

After upgrading my 6+ to IOS 9.3.2 my display freezes and is not responsive. Applications running continue to run, but I can't interact with them. If I come back to the phone later the problem is gone, but I don't know how long it took. Then the issue comes back. Even after doing a factory reset, with no apps running, my display will freeze.

I upgraded to 9.3.4 a few days ago and now my iPhone 6 Plus freezes regularly.

I have never had this problem before, but now it is rendering my phone very difficult to use.

And I am now using my iPad to do iMessage and emails instead of my iPhone.

The Optus store today suggested backing up but I see that that has not helped with other people.

And I have done soft rests, although not hard resets.

I need a phone as I run my own business.

Not good enough, Apple!

Dear Apple,

It's been an every day fight. Me and my iPhone 6. It's keep on not responding to my needs, keeping the touch screen unresponsivable. To return to operation, many soft resets a day. But the hope to get rid of that remains. First on the upgrade to iOS 9.3.3, then to iOS 9.3.4. This version kept things right for 3 weeks, but then, the iOS 9.3.5 came out of the dark to prevent us from a dangerous security issue. The touch screen returns to freeze. Sometimes harder, even telephone calls could not be answered since the touch screen didn't work. With no options, I moved to iOS 10 beta... The hope to get the problem resolved vanished on the next day of the upgrade.

Tried to call Apple Support but they are not aware of this bug. No tips...

For the first time, I am considering to move away from iOS.

btw: I did all the procedures (hard reset, fingerprints reading disabled, clean install, DFU...)

Hi,

I can say that the upgrade to iOS 10 has partially fixed the problem. I was in the same situation described by you. My phone (after installation of iOS 10) has become much more unresponsive than ever. I noticed that the phone was so hot too. After several hard resets (3 at least), it calmed down and since last saturday (when I installed iOS 10), it is almost normal with 1 or 2 little freezes. Hope this last for long time...
