Unable to import backup from 4s to SE

Hi

I am completely lost.

I bought a new iPhone SE and wanted to import my iPhone 4S backup, however, I am not able to do so.

After I login with my Apple ID and my password it asks me to login again and this time it shows a different unknown ID (23398......09@qq.com) that will not recognize my password, so I click on skip this step and it brings me to another login screen, again asking me to login with another unknown ID (cheryl......@163.com) and will not recognize my password.

Therefore I am unable to login to my backup.

When I try to go next it tells me that my apple ID is locked for my own safety and then I go and try to unlock it according to the support help pages and it does not show as locked and the only option I get is to reset my password, which I have done and yet, still "locked".

At this point I tried to start over, erase everything and install from my iTunes, however, that only allows me to backup some older version from a few weeks ago and will not allow me to choose my recent backup.

I followed the help pages again and it told me to erase everything and start over. and I got back to the same problem of unable to access my apple ID.

So for now I had used the iTunes version as it is better than nothing but I really want to use my most updated backup that shows up in my iCloud when I access it from the browser.

And it also saves up 2 of my phones on the cloud and takes up all the space.

I'm afraid to delete my 4S from the devices list because I don't want to lose all my data.

What can I do?? help!

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.2, .

I Had never heard of this until two days ago. There have been other users that have reported this same problem over the past few years. The qq.com is a messaging service that started in China.

I'm not sure how to fix the problem. I am simply posting some other discussions that I have seen.

id apple 5*****@qq.com not my account, please help me

Help!! Ipad activation (1â—Źâ—Źâ—Źâ—Źâ—Ź@qq.com) not my account

MY advice would be the same as what elcpu said, but according to some of the content in those discussions, the users state they are the original owners. In any event, take the advice and return to the store with the phone and show it to them.

In Israel we don't buy the phones from apple stores, we only have like 2 of them in all of the country.

We buy brand new sealed phones from our cell phone company.

The sales people said they've never seen this problem before.

and it doesn't come up with any apple ID, it only shows up after I try to login and recover my backup.

and I have no idea how to unlock my id back.

If I set up the phone as a new phone or just use the older version of the backup there is no problem

it's just when I try to set it up with the iCloud back that all the problems begin

This is new info. If you can do a restore as NEW and the phone works as it should then there is nothing wrong with it. If that is indeed the case then forget about the backup and configure it from scratch. While no fun, I have had to do that before with an iPad that had a corrupted backup. All your previous purchases under your own ID should still transfer.

well after 50 minutes with apple support they insisted that my apple id is just fine and was not compromised and that the issue is pretty rare and the only thing is to go replace the device and this should not occur again.

senior support checked it as well and I linked them to this post, they say the issue is rare as it is so replacing the phone should do the trick.

I hope so :/

Thanks for the help everyone

the device has been replaced with a new one and the same issue occurred again

unless I'm that lucky that I've got 2 hacked phones in a row or there is an actual issue here with the backup/apple id

I'm exhausted.

at this point I will just use the phone as a new user and be sure that my next phone will not be an iphone or any other apple devices.
