How to make El Capitan run fast like a pro?

Since the time i have upgraded my Macbook pro from OS Yosemite to El Capitan, my life has changed completely. Every time I open the apps,it clogs. It freezes like bringing me back to the dark ages. I have never seen any machine running so slow. It is not 1 timer,it becomes an every day story. I Need urgent help & suggestions.

Is there anyone facing the same issues and any solutions to it?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), null

Launch Agents: ⓘ\

[loaded] com.kaspersky.kav.gui.plist (2016-05-26) [Support]

Launch Daemons:

[running] com.kaspersky.kav.plist (2016-05-26) \[Support]

Uninstall the karspersky software according to the developer's instructions. it's useless and quite possibly the cause of your Mac's poor performance.

Antivirus, cleaning or optimizing apps are not needed for Macs. They only make things worse.

Your last Etrecheck report indicated that you still have adware installed:

Adware:

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Listchack.AppRemoval.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Manroling.update.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Swissfist.AppVemoral.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Swissfist.btvlit.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Swissfist.dolnwoad.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/Swissfist.uadpte.plist'

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.spigot.ApplicationManager.plist

7 adware files found. [Remove]

A simple, quick and safe way to remove adware and malware is to download and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Macs. It's was developed by one of the most respected and top contributors in these forums and recommended by nearly all of the top contributors here.

If you would prefer to do it manually follow these instructions from theSafeMac.com site (author of Malwarebytes): Adware Removal Guide

Good to see Malware Bytes make the recommended list 🙂

You can reformat the entire drive as NTFS from the Windows installation DVD and use your Mac strictly as a Windows machine, but why would you want to expose yourself to the millions of viruses, ransomware and other garbage that plagues Windows users? The Mac and OS X aren't the problem. It's all of the junk you've put on it.

Main advice. Macs are very secure against most dangerous software, IF that software is trying to install itself without your consent. OS X is silently kept up to date by Apple against know threats, and you almost always have the secondary means to stop its installation. That is, when the admin box pops up for no reason, your first action should be to cancel, not allow it.

However, there's no protection against the user doing stupid things. No OS can be written to do that. If any OS were that locked down to prevent infection by anything, your computer would also 100% be only useful for looking things up. Essentially, it would be a book. You wouldn't be able to install any software, or save any of your own files. All in the name of keeping the computer absolutely secure.

That's why almost all junk out there against the Mac is in the form of Trojans. YOU have to download and allow its installation. Illegal software is a great way to get it, and the worst of it, such as keyloggers, backdoors, etc. That hacked copy of Photoshop a person installed? Well, they don't know what else may have been added to that installer that isn't supposed to be there. Once given the admin password, that installer has the rights to install anything. It doesn't have to ask again for pieces that have nothing to do with the stolen app.

And then there's adware, which is bombarding both platforms. And believe me, the stuff for Windows is much worse. Of late, the adware makers have been going out there way to make adware very difficult to remove on the Mac, too. Software aggregate sites (such as www.softonic.com and www.downloads.com) have created this mess, and only they can stop it by refusing to take any more money from these jerks, who pay them to tack on the adware with the app you actually wanted to try.

How to avoid it? Never download anything from illegal sharing or P2P sites - ever. Never download anything from file aggregate sites. Use them to look up software you want to try, but then go to the actual developer's site to get it.
