Can't get videos out of "Photos"

I transferred videos from my iPhone to Photos. In order to share them, I need to get them out of Photos and into a folder, so that I can put the files into Dropbox, via gmail. The files are large and won't copy to a folder. They're basically stuck there, in Photos, useless. What can I do?

I can't send any of the files as attachments because they're too big to send through my regular email.

Frankly, it could have been a whole lot clearer. It could have said what the unmodified file type was and what the modified file type was.

Do you work for Apple?

Unmodified means it is unmodified and will be the same file format as the original and therefore could be anything. What is so difficult to understand about that. I don't work for Apple.
