Cannot buy AppleCare for new iPhone

http://www.apple.com/support/products/iphone.html

Leads me to: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

Enter serial number and see this:

Eligible for AppleCare+

Get AppleCare+ for up to two years of expert telephone technical support and additional hardware service coverage from your iPhone purchase date, including up to two incidents of accidental damage.

Leads to:
https://agreements.apple.com/us/en/sales/
I press Continue. Url is: https://agreements.apple.com/us/en/sales/purchase?d=0
and the page is blank, no content, no errors getting thrown anywhere.
Same behavior for Firefox and Chrome.
What am I or Apple doing wrong?
Thanks.

This "issue" exists since 2015 They obviously never fix this since they broke it on purpose. I suppose they don't want you to purchase AppleCare+ online so they can run a device diagnostic through the phone support you are forced to call next which is a pain in the *** since the diagnostic won't work over a mobile connection.

I've talked to two phone operators that when prompted about the page not working for over a year they both didn't respond by totally ignoring what I just said and simply tried to diverge the conversation.

What a great "support".
