magic track pad issues

erratic behavior using magic track pad with El Capitan and my Mac mini (2012). Cursor moves about without my touch or acts in crazy ways. I have tried all the suggestion from Apple's website, yet nothing works. Help!

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Safe Boot MTP behaves

Etre Report looks better

Eliminated all blue tooth devices

No wifi devices near macmini

The MTP erratic behavior sporadically stops for a few minutes and then returns. I can't find any reasons or connections for this betavior

Cleared and Etre has red lines gone. Eliminated all blue tooth and wifi interference but still have the same problem with MTP

All I can think of is to do a fresh install of OSX on an extern disk and boot from that see if problem persists.
