Why I can't activate my iphone 3gs after restore using itunes?

Today i restore my iphone 3gs , then i can't activate it. What's the problem?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6

Since you have a 3Gs you may have damaged the baseband chip which would cause a problem in reactivating a device. If that is the case you probably are going to need to replace the iPhone. You can try putting it in DFU mode (Google it) and restoring the iPhone as a new phone using a different computer than the one you have been using. Also try activating it using that computer. You probably are going to get an error message, it will either be one indicating baseband chip damage or that you iPhone is now locked again.

If it didn't work on another computer and this is an iPhone 3GS I'm going to guess that at some point it was hacked to unlock it. Try placing it in DFU mode (Google it) and then Restore it as a new device. If you are using a Windows machine temporarily disable ALL antivirus/antispyware software and do so. In your Google searches did you find a suggestion regarding gs.apple.com?
