Jul 20, 2016 8:26 AM in response to ttman21by Kilgore-Trout,★Helpful- Try a forced restart: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the restart.
- Sign out, then sign back in to iTunes & Apps stores

Jul 20, 2016 11:32 AM in response to ttman21by Allie4488,★HelpfulI have exactly the same issue however it started 7/19/16 before I updated to 9.3.3; Ibooks works on my iPhone, Mac and Macbook. Apple Support - I have Apple Care - worked on it for 1 hour and then disconnected me.
Ipad Air2, iOS 9.3.3

Jul 20, 2016 4:22 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby Neal71,This didn't work my iPad Air 2...had other issues with iBooks since iOS 9 and on MacOS too...really think they should start again with a completely re-written app.

Jul 20, 2016 4:49 PM in response to ttman21by orangehb,Having the same issue on a 12.9" iPad Pro and an iPad Air 2. Both are running iOS 9.3.3. (Don't recall this happening before I did the update...)
Attempted the hard-reboot and signing in & out of the App Store. No success.
As with the others, the "My Books" tab is fine, the other 5 (Featured, NY Times, Top Charts, Top Authors and Purchased) all display as blank screens.

Jul 20, 2016 5:05 PM in response to ttman21by Jeffrey Yeazell,I have the same problem on my iPad Pro 12.9" since upgrading to iOS 9.3.3. The problem persisted after doing a restore. I tried Kilgore-Trout's recommendation, and no fix before restore or after. iBooks is working fine on my iPhone 6s after upgrading to 9.3.3.
