Apple Pay from Lock Screen

When I double tap home button at Lock Screen to bring up Wallet for Apple Pay, all my cards show up except for Starbucks. Anyone know why?

I have the Starbucks app on my iPhone 6s; Starbucks card is in my Wallet already. I'd like to be able to use it from the lock screen but it's not included with the rest of my cards.

Anyone know why?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), Mid 2012, 2.6 GHz i7, 8 GB Ram

It may be location based, I experienced the same thing with my cineplex scene card but noticed when I went to the theater it gave me a notification that I could swipe and it would show up. maybe try going to a starbucks and see if it shows up.
