Why am I seeing "device not found" AirPort Admin?

I have an AirPort extreme and my parents have a TimeCapsule. They're both displaying the "device not found" message in AirPort Admin. We've tried cycling the power etc. Our networks still operate, however we can't connect to manage them and my parent's backups have ceased. Is anyone else seeing this?
