Itunes 12.4.1 - "Old-Style" List

Every time Apple comes up with a new version of iTunes, I have to search around or Google to figure out how to go back to the style of list I like - artists/albums at the top, list of songs spreadsheet-style underneath so I can sort by various criteria - by name, file size, date, etc. Then when I can't find it I go out and Google it and someone has a solution. But this time I can't. I am fine with Apple developing things that look and act more "hip", but for a crusty old record collector like me, I need things simple and a bit more left-brained. I also can't figure out how to export a song with different formats, bit-rate, etc. - any help?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), 2.66 GHZ, Intel Core Duo, 6GB RAM

Well, thanks for the feedback, but it didn't really solve my problem - I think I solved it myself. The reply from Jimzgoldfinch shows a screen capture that I think is from Windows iTunes, but either way my View menu no longer contains a View As >> option. What I did was select Music from the upper-left drop-box, then choose "Songs" in the Library menu - back in business. It might be my age, but my sense is that Apple retains all the commands and features, but keeps moving them around. I guess I could still drive my car if the brake pedal was moved into the back seat.
