Reduce the amount of white space in ASC forum headers

I have written a user style sheet to reduce the amount of white space in the header area of ASC web pages. For this style sheet to work best, you need to be using the combined style sheet.

Stylish supports having as many style sheets as you want. Add the style sheet below as your second user style sheet in Stylish.

I'll look into completing the adjustments you need to make when not using the combined style sheet.

For the list page, you need to make this adjustment. Change to -80.

I'll have to figure out the adjustments for the display posting page. I got started, but I thought that they were too many. I'll see if I can trim it down. Will not look as nice. I'll see if I can do anyother style sheet. May take a few days.

I best check this out in more detail with how you are viewing the page. I'll get back to you.

Sometimes, changing the css gets blocked by something non-obvious. Say the web page has margin: 10px 20px and you write margin-top: 0px. Margin-top has no effect because the margin tag blocks. Thus, you are forced to write margin: 0px 20px 10px.

In this case, changing to -80px worked for me 😉.
