If I try to open up and read an email article, after about a minute or so it loads and reloads and reload and reloads making reading the article impossible. It is been going on for quite a while though now its impossible to read an article.

My ipad model MD531LL/A version. 9.3.4. When I open up and read an email article, after about a minute or less, it loads and reloads and reload and reloads, making reading the article impossible. Or, if by chance I am able to read the article then click on another link, I can start to read the article and then it will reload back to the original article I started With. It is been going on for a very long while though now it almost impossible to read an article. I have searched this issue on the web and cannot seem to find anything that really addresses this problem. Deleting my browser history & powering on and off do not help. Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thank you!
