Bitmoji keyboard stopped working after iOS 10 update?

My bitmoji keyboard no longer works on my iPhone 6 since I updated to iOS 10 today. The emoji keyboard and English (US) keyboard still both function but when I try to switch to Bitmoji, it shows a black background that says "Please enable Full Access. We need Full Access to retrieve your avatar..."

I went into my settings and checked under "Keyboard" and the "Allow Full Access" switch is ON for the Bitmoji Keyboard.

I tried restarting my phone and deleting and re-loading the app, and went in settings and made sure the "Full Access" switch was ON again, however when I open messages and try and switch to the keyboard, I get the same black screen and note.

Anyone have any more ideas or is having the same issue?

I updated my Bitmoji app, deleted the Bitmoji keyboard in Settings and then re-added the Bitmoji keyboard and all is good.

I just went to the app store and searched Bitmoji then hit update. All works now! They updated 11 hours ago.

I tried to add the keyboard and delete a few times. I tried rebooting the phone. I deleted rhe app and reinstalled it and it worked for me.

TThis is simply an authorization issue (these were reset in the update). Go to settings, general, keyboard then click keyboards. Click Bitmoji and then toggle "allow full access" off and on. Now works. At least on my 6s+.

I Had the same problem with several apps. Update your Bitmoji app and it'll work fine.

Also try closing Messages through the app switcher. I had all the updates, etc. and it still wasn't working. Closed out Messages in the app switcher, reopened and bitmoji was back.

I updated to iOS 10 with no problems. Then performed the Bitmoji update that was supposed to fix the problem. Now I can't get access!

Oh happy day. It is finally working for me. Went into keyboard and selected Bitmoji again. I guess upgrade had removed it. Before, the Bitmoji keyboard wasn't even available

Hey! I have the 6s plus and I was having the same problem after the update. However, you have to go under settings > general> keyboard > keyboards > add new keyboard and then click on Bitmoji. Hope this works for you!

I'm having the same issues. They just updated the app today and still doesn't work. If I go into the app, tap on an icon there, tap on text, it will work. But if I go into messaging first, prepare a text and attempt to use the avatar, it just says "null" in the Bitmoji section. Grrrr!
