Bitmoji keyboard stopped working after iOS 10 update?

My bitmoji keyboard no longer works on my iPhone 6 since I updated to iOS 10 today. The emoji keyboard and English (US) keyboard still both function but when I try to switch to Bitmoji, it shows a black background that says "Please enable Full Access. We need Full Access to retrieve your avatar..."

I went into my settings and checked under "Keyboard" and the "Allow Full Access" switch is ON for the Bitmoji Keyboard.

I tried restarting my phone and deleting and re-loading the app, and went in settings and made sure the "Full Access" switch was ON again, however when I open messages and try and switch to the keyboard, I get the same black screen and note.

Anyone have any more ideas or is having the same issue?

My Bitmoji keyboard just appeared out of nowhere. I didn't do anything. Hadn't worked since I upgraded yesterday.

Same issue here. Updated the bitmoji app first and it was still working. Updated to iOS10 today and now I can't use my use my bitmoji keyboard even though I've enabled full access.

For now the only workaround that is working for me is to message from the Bitmoji app itself.

Pick the Bitmoji you want to use

Choose where to share

select message

It will open a new message with the Bitmoji already pasted for you to send to whatever contact(s) you chlose

Im in the same boat guys. Hoping this gets fixed soon.

Hi All,

Bitmoji has announced an update of their app to fix the issue, if you have automatic updates enabled then it should work now. if not, please go to the App Store and update the app from there.

I had this same problem with my bitmoji after my update today. I got mine back working by first going to the app store and updating my bitmoji app. When I checked my keyboard settings my bitmoji keyboard was showing as "null". I deleted the bitmoji keyboard then added it back. My bitmoji is working just fine right now (at least so far). I hope this works for you.

Go to the App Store and tell the app to update, then go into keyboards and delete and readd that keyboard.

I'm having the same issue! I realized Bitmoji has a software update in Apps (that states: various iOS 10 bug fixes), so at least they are aware, but I tried to update and I get an error message "Unable to download app (at this time)". Guess I'll keep trying. I'm lost without my Bitmoji!

Easy! Open the bitmoji app and after that you bitmoji will load in your keyboard
