Bitmoji keyboard stopped working after iOS 10 update?

My bitmoji keyboard no longer works on my iPhone 6 since I updated to iOS 10 today. The emoji keyboard and English (US) keyboard still both function but when I try to switch to Bitmoji, it shows a black background that says "Please enable Full Access. We need Full Access to retrieve your avatar..."

I went into my settings and checked under "Keyboard" and the "Allow Full Access" switch is ON for the Bitmoji Keyboard.

I tried restarting my phone and deleting and re-loading the app, and went in settings and made sure the "Full Access" switch was ON again, however when I open messages and try and switch to the keyboard, I get the same black screen and note.

Anyone have any more ideas or is having the same issue?

I have a 6S Plus and I too have the same problem. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, soft reset of the phone. Still cannot use Bitmoji.

Thank goodness you found this tweet. I thought I was losing my mind. I kept deleting the keyboard and trying it again I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app and tried again and still no luck. So now, just have to wait for Bitmoji to get the iOS10 bug fix.

Yesss!!! Same problem.. turns out for some it doesn't work and for the others it does. My friends are still using their after the update. I'm sad that I can't use it. It's been bugging me all day. I sent Message to Bitmoji but they were no help. I saw others with the same problem and a lot of them say that Bitmoji has to have another update and that they are aware of the problem.

Well we now know Bitmoji is aware of the problem and is working a fix. But it seems that some people have been experiencing the problem and yet others have not. I'm wondering if this has something to do with what carrier we have or possibly, if anyone remembers, Apple used two different manufacturers for the CPU in the 6S and Plus.One chip is a Samsung and the other is a TMSC. I'm curious if this could be the cause of Bitmoji not working.

I'm having the same problem. I spoke to Apple support and everything they suggested I already tried, no luck if fixing the problem as of today. The developer of the app will have to work on the problem from what I was told. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.
