Hi,
I've just downloaded ios 10 on my iPhone 6 and my bitmoji keyboard isn't working anymore.
They tell me that I have to give full access to this keyboard, which I did, but it's not working.
How can I get my bitmojis back?

I'm also having this issue, I've taken a few steps to resolve it which have been unsuccessful. I've tried:
- restarting the device
- turning off full access, restarting the device, then granting full access again
- logging out of bitmoji, restarting the device, logging back in
- deleting bitmoji, removing the app, downloading it again, then logging back in.
The app itself works, and loads my images - however it will not work within messages.
My wife upgraded her phone at the same time, with the same phone model and hers appears to be working fine. The only two things I haven't done yet is reset all settings and erase all content and settings.

i've checked on twitter and we are not the only 2 persons in the world to face this problem! 🙂
Unfortunately, Apple has been asked by hundreds of persons about this problem and they are not answering anyone.
I guess we'll have to wait for the next upgrade to solve our problem...
you two aren't the only ones. My wife and a friend are both having this issue while I'm not having the issue with my Bitmoji. Haven't found a solution yet though but I wanted to let you all know that you aren't alone

What I found was that by switching the bitmoji keyboard off and back on, my bitmoji selections came back. Good luck!
Do this in Settings> General> Keyboard>Bitmoji
Doing the above step of switching the Bitmoji keyboard off and then back on didn't work for me. I actually had to go to Settings>General>Keyboard and actually delete the Bitmoji keyboard. I then selected "Add New Keyboard" and reselected Bitmoji. Now it works fine!

I have tried all of those solutions to and to no avail, I also made a whole new account...and nothing....
i have the same problem... I spoke to an Apple tech and he told me that the Bitmoji people are aware of the issue and are working on it. However, i found a way to use the bitmojis while they resolve the problem...
(1) open your bitmoji app and your bitmojis will show up
(2)click on an bitmoji that you want to use
(3)another screen opens up and asks you where to share
(4)click on messages,messenger,etc and send it.

I tried these steps and it seemed to work for me:
I removed the keyboard from Keyboards
Added the keyboard back
(The keyboard is set to be ON automatically)
So I set it to OFF
went into an existing convo, cycled through the keyboards
Made sure the bitmoji keyboard said that I needed to turn on
Went back to the bitmoji settings turned the keyboard ON
And tested it and it worked
hopefully you get it to work as well

I was having the same problem. I deleted Bitmoji app and reinstalled and added the Bitmoji keyboard again and now it's working on iOS 10. Hope that helps!
