Hi,
I've just downloaded ios 10 on my iPhone 6 and my bitmoji keyboard isn't working anymore.
They tell me that I have to give full access to this keyboard, which I did, but it's not working.
How can I get my bitmojis back?

I'm also having this issue, I've taken a few steps to resolve it which have been unsuccessful. I've tried:
- restarting the device
- turning off full access, restarting the device, then granting full access again
- logging out of bitmoji, restarting the device, logging back in
- deleting bitmoji, removing the app, downloading it again, then logging back in.
The app itself works, and loads my images - however it will not work within messages.
My wife upgraded her phone at the same time, with the same phone model and hers appears to be working fine. The only two things I haven't done yet is reset all settings and erase all content and settings.

OMG!!! It started working then a day goes by and then it stopped working again!!!!
I've had to go into the bitmoji app and send them from there... the keyboard isn't working after switiching it to not allow full access to having it allow full access 😟
I know I am doing that as well, to much back and forth though...its so much easier when its on the keyboard though...
There should be an update for the app in the app store now. If your phone isn't set to autoupdate go to the app store and check. Then go in and delete the keyboard and readd it.
I went into the "App Store" & had to manually update the Bitmoji app along with other ones because now there is a new Apple agreement that needs to be read and agreed to in order to have the updates after updating the iPhone. So after agreeing to it it updated my bitmoji app and is now finally working On my phone. Hope that helps you.
Same here. Once I'd worked myself up into a tizzy deleting and re-adding the keyboard with permissions over and over, I finally went over to the Bitmoji app and saw I had to sign in again and accept terms. Once I'd done that the keyboard was working as expected in the Messages app.
This might not be necessary if just updating to iOS 10 on your current phone, but was for me when transferring my data to a new iPhone w/ iOS 10.
