iOS 10 music start/stop times messed up

I'm running an iPhone SE 64gb with iOS 10. Many songs in my iTunes library have certain stop/start times, but after updating, they're all mixed up. Songs either don't start or stop when they're supposed to, or they'll start/stop at a random time, which is annoying. The same problem was in the beta, causing me to backup to iOS 9. I assumed this bug would be fixed in the final release. Any solutions besides deleting and re-downloading my library?

Ok guys, I just updated to iOS 10.1 and the problem seems to be fixed, so my library is back to normal.
