I Have updated to iOS watch 3 and neither the Mickey or Minney watch faces speak when tapped. I am not I silent mode, the volume alert volume is set for max., and the toggle is set for tap function. I have removed and reinstalled the faces and have unpaired and repaired my watch to my phone. I have restarted the watch several times.

Minnie mouse works but Mickey is not talking?

Downloaded update on 12/29/2017 and it fixed the issue. I would try that before the other listed options.
Try this. Oh your watch click on settings, then click on sounds & haptic, then go down to tap to speak to turn it on.
Try asking Siri to turn up the volume (on the watch) she will say you don't have anything playing, then try Mickey or Minnie, worked for me.
