After updating to iOS10, Safari is not scrolling the screen when I´m typing text in a text field like here in a forum. I have to scroll the screen by hand to see the position where I´m typing. This only happens in Safari, Pages for example works fine.
I use an iPad Air1, but have same thing on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10.
Is there a fix for that? Thanks.

The more people report it, the bigger the chance that a fix will be made. Hoping on a fix in the next release just doesn't cut it .

I am also having this problem. When I'm on an internet forum and typing in a response in the webform, previously it would scroll as I type. It no longer does that. It seems to be a glitch.
just installed iOS 10.1 on my iPhone 7 plus and went to check if the screen scroll glitch in safari has been fixed... Billions in profit, thousands of technicians working, designing and fixing software issues and obviously NO ONE BOTHERED to get this issue looked at and fixed. Unbelievable. I'm starting to lose faith in Apple and it's iOS.
Same here. 10.1 has no fix for this issue.
I have submitted an official developer bug report, and got a response from Apple (can't discuss the contents here), so they are definitely aware of the issue.
Please keep sending feedback or a bug report to Apple. The more, the merrier.

I feel with you man, I'm enjoying my iPhone 7 Plus very much - except for this.
And it's a feature I use a lot too.
Adding my experience as well. This happens constantly and is the biggest annoyance when attempting to type anything with punctuation, ?3,-7/3 -- because you do that. Really wish Apple would fix this, but at least I know I'm not alone.
