iPhone 7 animation lag...

Yes, it may not work for everyone but for me and many others a clean install (not a restore) a set up as new iPhone basically solved all my problems.

The other thing that DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYBODY but worked wonders for me was turning off the triple home click accessibility option.

Sure your iphone 7 is faster, but there is some problem with the background and animations, the background is slower in the zoom in when you close the app and this causes a delay in animations, this is not the case on the 6s. But if you do not want to admit that being in the last year a bit plodding ios, this is another matter. Expect beta 4. But it makes me laugh when I read that the ios code 10 is not optimized for iphone 7.

I get a new iPhone each year. I am disappointed with my iPhone 7 .

Current used I have disabled animations. But I think things will stay that way

my new iphone 7+ became to hot to touch almost burning my 7 month old babies hand. There seems to be a short in it!

wHe never i try to take a photo or use the flash same thing happens it gets hot and tells me i should shut it down.

scared to turn it back on for fear it will catch fire life the other iPhones on tv.

Same here on 10.1.1 ... lag and stutters. I can't believe it, I bought this phone coming from android to get top fluidity and i get lag in animations and even stuttering when scrolling sometimes. Overall i like the phone but i am a bit disappointed with the lag&stutter

Hi I have a iPhone 7plus 128g. Same problem with you lag and I go to Apple Store claim the new one. This's still lag and they say "you have to go T-mobile asks about SIM card " okay I will. But same thing and now my phone the battery go so fast. !_!

The problem is with Accessibility features extending the double/triple click delay on your phone.

To fix, turn off Zoom and Triple Click functionality.

To turn off Zoom:

1. Go to Setting-> General-> Accessibility-> Zoom

2. At the very top of the Screen, disable the Zoom Option. It may be a good idea to disable all options in this screen

To Turn Off Triple Click:

1. Go to Setting-> General-> Accessibility-> Accessibility Shortcut (at the very bottom of the screen)

2. Disable all options on this screen. (Enabled options have a checkbox next to them. Tap the options to enable/disable them)

Doing these two things fixed the issue for me.

Theese settings were off from the start but checked again and it didnt work..Something else when i enter a game for example clash royale and the gamecenter welcomes me with the: Welcome Mpeke(my username) thats where the lagg appears..Maybe if i disable game center will fix it?Any solution?
