iPhone 7 Plus Phone Call Sound Quality

Did you got the problem resolved yet?

Has anyone received a response from the engineers as to what is happening on the call audio problem and how to fix. Feel like writing to Tim Cook. It is so outrageous that over 4 months no fix.

Did you get a resolution? If so, how was it resolved?

Folks, try turning off phone noise cancellation and putting a piece of tape over the back mic, the one between the camera and flash.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 7. However, it applies only to cell network calls, if I have a call via Viber of Skype, the quality is just OK.

I have same exact problems with my iPhone 7 plus bought 2 weeks ago in the US. It's totally frustrating.

Same problem. I replaced an iPhone 5s with superb, crisp audio quality with an IPhone 7 that sound like the speaker is still in the box somewhere.

I had my iphone exchanged at apple store, I think the sound quality has become a lot better, but still

not as good as on, say, iPhone SE.

model number listed?

I am having the same muddled sound quality from incoming calls on my iphone 7 plus. Hope this problem can be fixed as it is hard to understand what the caller is saying.
