Iphone 7 and 7 plus's screen dimmer/yellowish than iphone 6 and 5s

I totally agree with you. Coz after getting used to Apple's earlier model, we should not compromise the quality in a upgraded model like iPhone 7.

What about the commitment of 25% brighter display and 7 mp FaceTime camera ???

My iPhone 6 camera which is having 1.2mp is way better than this so called 7 mp FaceTime camera in iPhone 7

I'm totally agree with you! We are on the same boat. I'm extremely disappointed. If they won't fix the problem for me (ip7+), I will try galaxy or google pixel. I cannot accept that yellowish tint issue.

Can anybody help me in finding out what's the return policy applies for India. Coz I am totally frustrated with this poor performing device. I want my money back. It's not worth spending....

Did they give any justification for this???? Have you compared the camera clarity? My 7 camera clarity is not up the mark while comparing with iPhone 6, which is a two years old model.

Coz I feel this is a serious issue Apple have to look into. Still m not able to convince myself for what reason I opted for iPhone 7....

Well, they promised me they would get back by the weekend, but I haven't heard back yet. I hope I'll hear by tomorrow.

My camera clarity seems ok, and all other features seem to be ok. It's just the screen itself - obviously and important part of the iPhone - that has a problem.

I got the same opinion as you and I'm sure that the issue was not come from the glue thing as I have been using my ip7 for 1 month but nothing changes. The screen is dimmer and yellowish but we may get along with this issue and gradually accept it for long time using. It is opposite with what they advertised...

It really bothers me that it is the opposite of what they advertised. I'm still waiting to hear back from the Apple person who is supposed to be checking into it. I hope he can help. If not, I'll have to take next steps.

Apple called back. The end conclusion is that Apple says it it "normal" for the iPhone 7 Plus and they refuse to assist anymore. I can't tell you how much, after all these years, I am disappointed with Apple.

For me also they told like that. I am not able to get it, why Apple z doing like this. Even the display brightness of at least at par with 5s or 6 will be acceptable. Bt iPhone 7 one z way dimmer than 5s & 6. Where z d promise of 25% Brighter display which they are showing during advertisement. M totally disappointed.

I have the same issue with my iPhone 7 Plus. Have Apple acknowledged it? Or will they? Is it something "normal"? Can Apple recommend for a replacement?

Individual service center staff and sales staff acknowledge the obvious. I haven't gotten Apple to help yet though. I'm still waiting on a reply and bummed out about it.

I have contacted Apple since Saturday, November 26 and have spoken to various tech support and two Senior Analysts.

The first Senior Analyst asked me to send photos of my iPhone side by side with another iPhone and the second one recommended me to have my display replaced. I have cleared out to both of them that what I honestly want at this moment is to have my iPhone 7 Plus replaced.
