I would like to report an issue related to "hangs up" problem on iOS 10, iPhone 5S

App does not response or need to wait for few minutes to response.

WHAT I DID
The problem occurs after I upgrade my iPhone 5S to iOS 10
If you have any suggestion other than rolling back to iOS 9x, please kindly teach me.

10.2 has solved the issue for me too. In the end, I didn't change any settings or try backup/restore. My 'phone app is now back to being its old responsive self. Thanks Apple, all is forgiven... 🙂
Here's an idea. Leave it all alone for a while Apple and all other App developers!! How sick are you of ALL THE UPDATES to installed apps EVERY DAY. I only have about 30 apps installed yet my App Store icon ALWAYS has a little red number on it...
UPDATE: And of course, I go to backup my iPhone before installing 10.2 and iTunes needs to install an update first. Really??
After several days with 10.2 I guess i guessed correctly that 10.2 would solve this issue!

Yes , that is correct ! The Problem with Contacts+Phone App crashing is now Fixed with iOS 10.2 ! Thank the lord !

Running on 10.2 for about 48 hours now with no hang ups - although I have to admit that because I'm away from work I'm not using my phone or contacts apps as much as I normally do - I'm curious to know if anyone is seeing better or resolved on 10.2?
Sorry only saw the other posts about 10.2 afterwards and see its confirmed as resolved with 10.2 and since I can't figure out how to delete a post here, I'm just gona apologise for posting and move on with my life :-)
