iPhone 7 Overheating

Hi I tried what you wrote about the low power mode when battery on 100% and I think it was on as the battery indicator turned yellow and apps refresh in background was all off. But when I checked on YouTube this seemed to be normal as I watched other people to try it. I think it switches on when you manually switch it on in battery settings as it is supposed to save power by lowering phones performance? Not sure if there is some other settings where you can choose the percentage of battery left to switch on this feature?

also battery is draining very fast...from 100% to 30% after using 27 min of facetime...my iphone 6splus was way better...

so what worked-

i did factory reset and loaded/restored only contact info from my itune backup and nothing else..then i downloaded all apps and recovered all my photos separately after few days. it worked and now it seems to be fine...

Y'a did that but I loose my pictures from my old phone. Also it still continuously charges and heats up. The real way to see the problem is to activate your low power mode. It's suppose to activate at 30% but you will see it automatically activates at any amount of charge.

Any news ? My device still warms up without even being using it, I realized that it happens when I'm on the road with or without the 4g on, the screen heats up a lot and back in the middle, it's complicated.

No change I'm gonna have to call apple again and go over the same stupid things they say over and over. Then spend a hole day going to change the phone

Since the last soft update my iphone also gets overheat but just in the camera corner idk if this bcs of the upgrade or maybe my phone is wrong

Problems are continuing and getting worst and the part that makes me very unhappy is that no one at apple is available to deal with this. It's a horrible joke paying over 1000$ for a phone with defects and no one to help you
