Mail app crashes after iOS 10 update

Have you updated to iOS 10.2? Does it still have the problem following links from Mail?

No, still 10.1.1. First click on the link opens Safari but only on default start page (google search). Go back to email, click a second time, and it navigates to the URL.

Thanks. I understand. There was a similar problem for users who place links on the home screen; tapping the link once only opens Safari, tapping again opens the site. It sounds like this was fixed with 10.2, so I wonder if it also fixed the similar problem with links from Mail.

I started seeing Mail crash, 100% of the time, after updating an iPad 4 to IOS 10.2 this morning, when attempting to view all mailboxes.

I can view all mail, as expected, on my iPhone 6.

Looks like a bug may have been introduced in the update, at least for the iPad

For me it seems to crash when I try to reply to emails that have an attachment. Crashes every time on both my iPad Pro 9.7 and my iPhone 5S...

Guess I'll go back to my PowerBook for email for now. 11 years old and can still do email. Can't say the same thing about my less than a year old ipad....

Meant to say iPhone 6, 128GB.
