i wanted you to know that I upgraded to iOS 10.1 Beta and it seems like the issue has been solved.

iOS 10 has been the problem all along. I have 10.0.2 and others have said they have iOS 10 as well. The issue has definitely not been resolved. I don't know of anyone who has anything other than iOS 10 with this issue.

I'm having this SAME issue! Plus, my music won't play! SO FRUSTRATING!

Same exact problem here. I have to restart so many times a day in order to watch videos. APPLE, you cannot tell us to restart all the time.

Restarted my iPhone 6s and iPad. The videos still cannot be played. Usually when I click on the arrow in the video screen, it will play automatically. Now it has an arrow with a cross. Restarted it and tried it many times. Problem still exists. Please help.

unfortunately, i haven't received any update from them. nothing.

I have the same issue. It's a shame how Apple products are losing the quality that used to be theirs.

We are going to look into switching our business phones away from the iPhone because we rely on video while on a job/event. We can not afford to continue restarting our phones just to watch videos that we need to complete work. I wish Apple would address this issue, but it appears that nothing is being done and they aren't saying anything either.

I have the same issue... Very frustrating.

I didn't install iOS 10, because I know there are always issues when a new version of iOS is released, but since popups were keeping popping up all the time, in order to have me install the new version, I finally clicked "YES", and I regret it... Not able to play videos anymore, and playing videos is one of my main use of my iPhone.

Very disappointing... I hope they will quickly issue a fix.

I updated to iOS 10.0.2 on my iPhone 6s Plus and now videos will not play. I have done a reset and turn phone on and off and this does nothing to fix the issue. I can see the video only as a still frame, no sound on the video also. Is their anyway to go back to iOS 9 until they fix this issue?

Video wont play on website, even on YouTube Apps sometimes. After restart it comeback to normal.

I have the same issues. I can not watch Apple videos of product on the web site, MLB app, etc. I also have sound problems until a reboot. I have a iPhone 6 Plus. My iPhone SE has the sound playback issues as well
